All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT at the current UK rate.

Payment must be received in full before orders can be shipped. 

Most items are available for immediate shipping and will ship within 24 hours of payment. 

Email and telephone product support is available before and after purchase for your convenience. 

Shipments within the UK are generally made by UkMail Next Day (2 day service to Scotland/N Ireland). We can (at an additional cost) ship by other carriers if requested. 

Shipments outside of mainland UK and handled by DHL, UPS, TNT or Parcelforce.

All products are available "while stocks last". 

All products carry the manufacturer's full 12 months warranty. 

If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days, we will notify you in writing, giving you the option to accept a longer delivery date or to cancel/amend your order.
