Holiday Opening Hours

Our store will be closed for the holiday season from 5:00 PM (GMT) on Friday, 20th December 2024, and we will reopen at 9:00 AM (GMT) on Monday, 6th January 2025.

As the festive season is a busy time for deliveries, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure they arrive in time for the holidays. Please note the following order deadlines:

UK Deliveries: Place your order by 11:00 AM (GMT) on Wednesday, 18th December 2024.
For International Deliveries: Please place your order by 11:00 am GMT on 11th December.

All delivery times are intended as a guide only and are based on all items being in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Orders must be placed before the specified cut-off time. Occasionally, orders and deliveries may be delayed due to stock availability, order verification, or adverse weather conditions. In the event of a delivery failure, our liability is limited to a refund of the delivery charge only. Normal deliveries will resume on Thursday, 6th January 2025.

For pre-ordered items, we advise allowing an additional week for processing. While we will do our best to meet delivery timelines, please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during this period.
