DJI SDR Transmission utilizes SDR technology to offer enhanced stability, interference resistance, and penetration capabilities. It also supports transmitting directly to smartphones or tablets via Wi-Fi.

Strong Penetration, Extended Transmission Distance
DJI SDR Transmission features a transmission distance of up to 3 km/10,000 ft, [1] suitable for wide-area mobile filming scenarios, and advanced
penetration capabilities.

20Mbps High Bitrate, 1080p FHD Image Quality
DJI SDR Transmission supports 1080p/60fps video specifications with a transmission bitrate of up to 20 Mbps [2] and a minimal latency of just 35 ms. [3]

Innovative USB-C Monitoring Experience
DJI SDR Transmission introduces a USB-C output monitoring method. Users can now use a USB-C cable to connect the receiver to a smartphone or tablet.

Broadcast Mode, Unlimited Number of Receivers
In Broadcast mode, each transmitter can connect to an unlimited number of receivers, providing a high-quality monitoring experience.

Ronin Compatibility & Remote Control
DJI SDR Transmission supports control of the RS series stabilizers, [4] remote camera control, various monitoring assistance, and camera source switching..

For stable, high-quality video transmission on a small-to-medium-sized shooting set, the SDR Transmission Receiver from DJI is designed to receive long-range transmission of footage up to 1080p60 resolution using DJI's proprietary technology. SDR (Software Defined Radio) transmission uses a tri-bandwidth (DFS, 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz) automatic frequency-hopping system, resulting in high penetration and distances of up to 1.9 miles. It is ideal for receiving footage from a camera rig directly onto a monitor or tablet, especially on crowded sets or around dense architecture that would otherwise overwhelm a conventional consumer Wi-Fi-based solution. To complete the system, simply pair this SDR receiver with an SDR transmitter (not included).
Broadcast Mode
Using this mode, you can have a system with an unlimited number of receivers. It also supports rapid switching between multiple camera indexes and offers Wi-Fi support for one or two flexible monitoring alternatives as needed.
Control Mode
This mode supports stabilizer control (virtual joystick, gimbal recentering, etc.) and camera control (PTP control and Sony camera virtual menu).
